Meguiar's Professional Detailing Clay is a non-abrasive automotive clay designed to safely remove above-surface bonded contaminants and restore a smooth, glassy finish. It quickly and effectively removes paint overspray, industrial fallout, tree sap mist, bug debris, road tar and similar contaminants without removing paint shine or depth of color. Safe for all clear coat and single-stage paints, it can be used on paint, glass, metal and plastic surfaces to prepare them for waxing and professional finishing. After claying, wax and sealants glide on more easily and provide longer-lasting protection. The product family is offered as clay bars or complete kits; some kits include detailer spray and a Supreme Shine microfiber towel for wiping and finishing.
