Electronic tachometers count pulses from the ignition system, alternator, tach signal generator or magnetic pickup sender and connect to +12VDC, Ground and one of the listed signal sources. Select the correct pulse setting with the rear switch to match engine pulses per revolution. Built-in warning light SystemCheck displays indicators for No Oil, Engine Overheat, Check Engine and Low Oil.
