16/2 AWG Safety Duplex Cable - Flat Cable - Red/Yellow - 500' Duplex Boat Cable is used in low voltage AC applications as well as DC circuits. Pacer manufactures 16 AWG Duplex boat cable in house in the USA for the best quality. The cable is built from finely stranded, Type III tinned copper conductors to provide flexibility and corrosion resistance. The PVC jacket keeps the cable flexible while preventing moisture accumulation by filling spaces during extrusion; interior wires receive a talcum powder coating for easy jacket removal. Pacer's marine wire exceeds UL, ABYC, and NMMA standards. Features include extruded exterior insulation with no gaps, highly flexible color-coded insulation, annealed finely stranded tinned copper (ASTM B172 Class K), and resistance to acid, alkali, abrasion, flame, gasoline, oil and moisture.
