Temperature Sensor for Quattro, MultiPlus & GX Devices A temperature sensor for MultiPlus or Quattro Inverter Charger and also GX Devices. Please contact your dealer for any returns, repairs or support issues related to this product. The available battery capacity decreases with temperature; the inverter will also vary the charge current based on temperature. The temperature measurement is used to adjust battery capacity to temperature (which is extremely important to prolong battery life). The Victron Energy temperature sensor connects directly to either pole of the battery and monitors the temperature of the battery bank. This is a spare part to suit a range of Victron Energy inverters and inverter charges that have a dedicated temperature sensing input. Compatible with GX devices (Cerbo GX, Venus GX, etc).
